Your name, contact details, suburb, device and problem details, your preferred contact time, and any photos you choose to upload. The form never asks for passwords, bank details or identity documents.

Why it is collected

These details are used to contact you about your request, work out the right type of help, confirm pricing and appointments, and keep a record of the service provided.

Photos and uploads

Photos are optional. They are stored privately with your booking request and used only to assess the job. Please hide personal information where possible before uploading.

Who can access it

Only Magic Mark's Tech Services and the secure systems used to run this booking site can access submitted information. Your details are not sold.

Keeping or removing your details

Booking records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting and support. To ask about, correct or delete your details, contact Mark at magicmarktechservices@gmail.com.

Marketing

You will only receive occasional tips or service updates if you separately choose that option in the booking form. You can opt out at any time.
